It was an easy process with everything explained.

I was impressed at the beginning. Now I am not so sure. It has been a full week since my surgery and NOT ONE contact from the office staff / nursing staff to check up on how I am doing and if I have any questions. I have never felt so left alone. Any surgery I have had in the past I have always had contact by some office staff or nurse to check in on me within 1-3 days. This was a major surgery!!!! The website is awful and non-corresponding to questions and looking up information as the direction that are handed out during the consultation. All the website wants is to schedule a consultation. I have had my surgery really!! The office staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. One imparticular doesn't complete paperwork that if vital to their clients FMLA / STD. Now my intermittent leave has been denied the second time. I even hand delivered the paperwork and signed everything that needed to be to be signed. This staff person still could not complete the paperwork on time or correctly.( Have had to hold their hands during this whole process). So, I may not be able to fallow up with all the appointments in the future. On a positive note: the nursing staff and AnnMarie are great and I thank them for there being there for ME during the surgery process.

I like how friendly everyone is. They explain everything thoroughly. And I'm excited to get this surgery done. Mike is great and it's a pleasant visit!

After lots of research I finally decided to go with AZ Weight Loss Clinic. They were friendly, I felt well informed and like I was in great hands The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. From beginning, middle and end I have felt great support from everyone. Even a year out I know I can reach out anytime to the dietician, the nurses or Dr. With any and all concerns or questions.

Care team was good.

The whole team was amazing from start to finish. They were all very informative, helped me understand the process, and gave me options. Dr. Orris is fast paced with his appointment but he always asks if you understand everything. He also recommended a different surgery for me so that we can avoid unnecessary complications. Overall, 100% would recommend this place to a friend.
